• Tim Ervin & Associates, LLC $2000.00 to identify and prequalify funding sources to implement:
  • Streetscape amenities
  • Create a development plan for the Township owned property between Merkey and Red Apple Road
  • Development of community “gateway” signage
• Mission North Placemaking, Planning, & Promotion $8,000.00 to amend the 2012 Development Plan
• Latitude 44 Consulting $25,000.00 to fulfill the duties of the DDA Executive Director
• Love Your Event, $4000.00 (unexecuted contract) to create a signature event in the DDA district
• Hometown Decorations and Display $2500.00 to provide Holiday decorations on the light posts within the DDA district
